A privately owned entity which operates under an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (“ICAV”) Blacklion fund .

Blacklion is a long-established real estate investor and developer operating in Western Europe (Republic of Ireland & Belgium) and The United States. The company evolved from the holdings of the Scheerlinck family, who have been involved in all aspects of the Real Estate industry for four generations.

Blacklion has a diverse range of interests, from large-scale greenfield and brownfield mixed-use development projects to long-term investment holdings in multi-family residential, warehouse, and office properties.
