CEO of Blacklion Real Estate India Private Limited

Abhijeet Belel has experience of more than 12 years and has worked with some renowned real estate companies such as “The Phoenix Mill Limited”. He has completed his MBA in Finance and Master’s in Economics .

International Team

Cian McMorrow

Cian is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blacklion Real Estate Fund. He has over 16 years’ experience in the commercial property market with broad cross-sector experience in strategic acquisitions, asset management and development.

Cian has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Studies from Atlantic Technological University (Galway Mayo Institute of Technology). He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has the unusual distinction of being both a Chartered Commercial Agency Surveyor and a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

Prior to Blacklion, Cian was Head of Office Agency and Development Land at the largest independent Irish Commercial Property Consultant, Bannon. He has advised many State and International clients on their real estate strategies including consultancy on design and development for the 400,000 sq.ft Dublin Airport Central development by daa at Dublin Airport and development and leasing consultancy for the ESB on the 320,000 sq.ft Fitzwilliam 28 office development at Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.

Board of Directors

John Craddock

John Craddock has over 35 years of working experience in the investment business and nearly 10 years of experience as an independent director of investment funds. He was the first to provide fund administration and trustee/custody services to Irish domiciled funds in 1989 which included the provision of middle office services (outsourcing) to asset managers.

Prior to 1993 Bob was COO and a member of the management team for Bank of Ireland Asset Management business from 1983 to 1993. Bob also worked in stock broking in both London and Dublin.

Mr. Craddock is the Chairman of E to Infinity ICAV.

Pol Scheerlinck

Pol began his career in the manufacturing business, starting with the production of lithographs then transitioning to producing picture frames on an industrial scale. Pol sold all of his local and international factory assets in 1995. 

Real Estate was always a passion of Pol’s, as his father Gustaaf was a very successful real estate developer. In the 1990’s Pol began to develop industrial real estate on an increasingly large scale. During his career, Pol has built over 1,000,000 SFT of industrial logistics and office real estate. In 2009, the focus shifted from greenfield and brownfield construction towards investing, such were the opportunities at that time.

Today Pol serves as a trusted advisor to his son Nielsen in all matters relating to real estate.

Neale O’Hanlon

Neale O’Hanlon has 24 years of experience at partner level in a Chartered Accountants Practice. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

He has served many clients including investment funds, regulated entities, property developers and house builders in the roles of business adviser, taxation consultant and auditor. Neale is an impactful, results-focused financial accountant, taxation consultant and business adviser.
